CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
Shareholders are advised that Brett Nagle has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive
director of MAS with immediate effect. The Board greatly appreciates Brett's contribution to MAS during his
tenure and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
Following this change and having considered the most appropriate restructuring of the Audit and Risk
Committee, the Board has appointed Claudia Pendred as committee member.
