RETIREMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of Reunert are
hereby advised that Ms Sarita Martin, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will retire from
the board of directors of Reunert ("Board"), with effect from 30 November 2024.
The Board records its sincere appreciation to Ms Martin for her significant contribution made to the Board
over her 10 years of service and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.
