RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company (the Board) hereby notifies shareholders that Mrs Maria Heraty has resigned as a director
of the Company with effect from 1 September 2024.
The Board has started a process to identify a person to fill the vacancy which will be left by Mrs
Heraty but, in the interim, Mrs Tamryn van Tonder, who has recently been appointed as the Chief
Commercial Officer of the Company, will assume responsibility for the roles assumed by and
responsibilities of Mrs Heraty.
The Board wishes Mrs Heraty well.
