SECTION 122 NOTICES: ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SHARES
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Caxton hereby
confirms that the Company has received separate notices in terms of Section 122 of the
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.
Peregrine Capital Proprietary Limited ("Peregrine") has informed Caxton that it has acquired
an additional beneficial interest in the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the
securities held by Peregrine is now 9.61% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
Alan Gray Proprietary Limited ("Allan Gray") has informed Caxton that it has disposed of a
beneficial interest in the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the securities held
by Allan Gray is now 4.90% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, Caxton has filed the
required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
The Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement to the
