Trustco shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement published on the
Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 1 February 2024 regarding the results of the
Annual General Meeting ("2023 AGM").
Shareholders are reminded that the unissued shares are under the board's control, and the
board has the authority to issue shares under its general authority, as approved by
shareholders at the 2023 AGM.
The board exercised its general authority and issued 4,936,193 instruments to a public
shareholder at the 30-day VWAP of 6 August 2024, which was 36 cents per share. The new
Trustco shares were allotted and issued on 5 September 2024.
Following the listing of the new Trustco shares, there will be 992,174,774 shares in issue.
