NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT UNAUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ("AFS")
ON NATIONAL TREASURY WEBSITE
CCT hereby notifies its debt investors of the publication of its draft unaudited AFS for the year ended
30 June 2024 on the National Treasury Go Muni website. As the publication of this is considered to be
price sensitive, in accordance with paragraph 6.3(a) of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE, CCT
would like to ensure that all noteholders are aware of this publication.
Noteholders are advised that the final, audited AFS will be published as and when they become
available, by no later than 31 January 2025 per the stipulated JSE timelines.
