CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of KOBWA ("the Board") hereby notifies Noteholders that Mr Lucky Charles Mohalaba has
resigned as a non-executive director of KOBWA, with effect from 17 September 2024. Mr Mohalaba's
resignation follows recent developments which have resulted in capacity constraints on his side.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Mohalaba for his invaluable contribution to KOBWA since 2023 and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has initiated the recruitment process for a successor and will make further announcements in
due course.
