arbitration
MTNZF shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the MTNZF unmodified reviewed condensed
interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2024 ("Interims") announcement issued
on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE limited on 2 September 2024 where Shareholders'
attention was drawn to note 4 of the Interims regarding an ongoing dispute between MTNZF and a
service provider ("Service Provider") regarding fees payable.
MTNZF is pleased to announce that a settlement agreement has been reached between MTNZF and
the Service Provider and that the Service Provider has withdrawn the arbitration.
