CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIP
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE")
and Section 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE, Bidvest advises that
Norman W Thomson, shall be retiring from the board as non-executive director,
Remuneration Committee Chairperson and member of the Audit Committee at the
conclusion of forthcoming annual general meeting in line with the retirement by rotation
provisions of the Company's memorandum of incorporation.
The board extends its profound gratitude to Norman for the support and contribution
made to Bidvest over his tenure of service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
