UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE DISPOSAL OF THE REST OF AFRICA RETAIL INVESTMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 12 August 2024, wherein Attacq advised that it
had concluded agreements with Lango Real Estate Limited in respect of the disposal of Attacq's interests in
Ikeja City Mall in Nigeria (the "Gruppo Disposal") and Accra Mall, Kumasi City Mall and West Hills Mall
in Ghana (the "AttAfrica Disposal").
Attacq is pleased inform shareholders that the Gruppo Disposal and AttAfrica Disposal have both been
successfully implemented.
