NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN DEBT SPONSOR
Pursuant to paragraph 2.5 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised that Rand Merchant Bank, a division of FirstRand
Bank Limited ("RMB"), has resigned as debt sponsor to Sasol Financing Limited
("Sasol Financing"), effective 30 September 2024, as RMB is winding down its
regulatory debt sponsor business.
Noteholders are further advised that Absa Corporate and Investment Bank, a
division of Absa Bank Limited has been appointed as Sasol Financing's debt
sponsor effective 1 October 2024.
