CHANGE IN DESIGNATED ADVISOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are hereby referred to the Renewal of Cautionary Announcement ("Announcement") published
on SENS on 25 September 2024, concerning the Company's ongoing negotiations to acquire a viable asset. In
light of the potential acquisition of Cilo Cybin Pharmaceuticals Proprietary Limited, as mentioned in the
Announcement, and in compliance with paragraph 21.35 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("JSE"), the board of directors of Cilo Cybin ("Board") wishes to inform shareholders that the Company's
Designated Advisor will be changed to Merchantec Capital with effect from 1 October 2024.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board wishes to inform shareholders
that Acorim Proprietary Limited ("Acorim") will replace Vosloo Styger and Associates Proprietary Limited
as Cilo Cybin's Company Secretary with effect from 1 November 2024.
