CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
The board of directors of Clientèle hereby advise shareholders that the Company
has been selected as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of the entire
issued share capital of an entity operating within the financial services sector
("the Acquisition") which Acquisition, if successfully concluded, could have an
impact on Clientèle's share price.
Shareholders are cautioned that there is no certainty at this stage that a
formal transaction will be concluded, however should negotiations be successful,
the Acquisition will be subject to the completion of legal agreements, which
will contain conditions precedent usual for transactions of this nature.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when trading in their
Clientèle shares until a further announcement is made.
