With respect to the disposal of SS-Construções (Moçambique) Limitada as disclosed in the summarised
consolidated annual financial statements of Stefanutti Stocks for the year ended 29 February 2024
dispatched to shareholders on 27 June 2024 and the announcement dated 29 August 2024, Shareholders
are advised that the parties have extended the period for fulfilment or waiver of the condition's precedent
to 30 November 2024. Shareholders will be updated as to progress with respect to the Proposed
Transaction.
