DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF CAT 1 AND RELATED PARTY CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on the JSE Limited Stock Exchange
News Service on 8 July 2024 and are advised that there is a delay in the dispatch of the circular due
to the complexities surrounding the related party settlement agreement requiring input from
multiple advisory teams and consultations with the JSE.
It is anticipated that the circular will be distributed by no later than 4 December 2024 and further details
will be published in due course.
