CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: INTEREST PAYMENT NOTIFICATION
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 10 October 2024, in
relation to both the interest rates and the interest payment notification of the ABJ06 and
ABJ07 notes, respectively.
African Bank wishes to notify the ABJ06 and ABJ07 noteholders that both the interest rates
and the interest payment amounts contained in the previous announcement were incorrect.
The correct interest rates and the interest payment amounts are as follows:
