Listing of EasyETFs AI World Actively Managed ETF Participatory Interests
1. Introduction
This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the EasyETFs
AI World Actively Managed ETF.
The information as it appears below has been extracted from the EasyETFs Programme Memorandum
issued by the Manager on 18 October 2024 and the Supplement relating to the EasyETFs AI World
Actively Managed ETF issued on 25 October 2024 and utilises the terms and definitions contained
therein unless otherwise specified. The EasyETFs Programme Memorandum and the Supplement will
also be available on the Manager's website https://etfs.easyequities.co.za/.
2. Summary of the listing
EasyAssetManagement (Pty) Ltd, a licensed Category II financial services provider (FSP44978) under
the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002, will manage the EasyETFs AI World
Actively Managed ETF and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager as
per the asset management agreement between the parties. FirstRand Bank Limited, acting through
Rand Merchant Bank Custody Services Division will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its
duties as specified in the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 and the Regulations thereto.
The EasyETFs AI World Actively Managed ETF will aim to achieve capital appreciation by following a
long-term equity strategy that invests primarily in foreign markets in equities that the Manager believes
will benefit from the creation, adoption, and utilisation of artificial intelligence.
The JSE has approved the listing of 200,000 EasyETFs AI World Actively Managed ETF securities, by
way of introduction, at an issue price of R50.00 (5000 cents) in the "Actively Managed Exchange Traded
Funds" sub-sector of the Main Board of the JSE, with effect from commencement of business on Friday,
25 October 2024.
