EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT OF RISKOWITZ VALUE FUND ON A NON-
EXCLUSIVE BASIS AS ARRANGER OF INVESTMENT IN TRUSTCO GROUP
HOLDINGS LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 16 of April
2024 in terms whereof shareholders were advised that Trustco Group Holdings
Limited ("Trustco") entered into a non-exclusive agreement with Riskowitz Value Fund
("RVF") that RVF may invest hybrid capital into Trustco or such other capital that
Trustco approves of up to USD100 million (One Hundred Million US Dollars). The
nature and extent of the investment and subscription prices, if any, shall be agreed
between the parties.
The availability provided for the Agreement was for a 6 (six) month period, up to 16
October 2024, which agreement has been extended for a further 3 (three) month
period, by mutual consent.
