APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board is pleased to
advise shareholders that Khumalo Xaba Xulu Auditors, with Mr Peterson Khumalo as the
Designated Audit Partner, has been appointed as the independent auditor to Labat with
immediate effect.
The appointment was initiated by the Audit Committee in order to address the vacancy.
