SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The JSE wishes to advise that the abovementioned company has failed to comply with the JSE Listings
Requirements by not publishing its year-end results for 2023 in accordance with the requirements of
the primary exchange and in compliance with the acceptable accounting framework of the exchange
where it has its primary listing.
Accordingly, the listing of the company's securities has been suspended with immediate effect.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
