UPDATED VERSION OF THE INTERIM RESULTS BOOKLET
Shareholders are referred to the short-form announcement published on SENS on Thursday, 24 October 2024,
regarding Spear's unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2024 ("SENS
Announcement").
It was subsequently noted that, due to a typesetting error, the "Financial assets" line item was omitted from the
condensed consolidated statement of financial position in the interim results booklet ("Full Announcement")
uploaded onto the JSE cloud link and the Spear website. It should however be noted that this omission did not
have any impact on the financial performance indicators and financial information disclosed in the SENS
Announcement. The Full Announcement has been updated to include the omitted line item; however, this did not
result in any changes to the financial information or totals previously included in the Full Announcement.
