CHANGES TO THE BOARD: RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
AYO ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Joel Moodley has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 25 October 2024, due to personal reasons.
The Board extends its gratitude to Mr Moodley for his service and dedication to the Company and wishes
him well on his future endeavours.
