Amendment to the Applicable Pricing Supplement – IBL284
An error has been identified in relation to the periods during which the IBL284 Notes will be a Floating
Rate Note and a Fixed Rate Note respectively.
The Issuer and the Noteholder have agreed that an Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing
Supplement be issued.
The salient features of the IBL284 Notes are now correctly reflected as follows:
(i) clause 38(ii)(b) has been replaced with the following new clause 38(ii)(b):
(b) Interest Payment Date(s) As set out in 26 above, for the period(s)
applicable as described in 43(ii)(a)
(ii) clause 39(ii)(b) has been replaced with the following new clause 39(ii)(b):
(b) Interest Payment Date(s) As set out in 26 above, for the period(s)
applicable as described in 43(ii)(b)
(iii) clauses 43(ii)(a) and clause 43(ii)(b) have been replaced with the following clauses 43(ii)(a)
and clause 43(ii)(b) as follows:
(a) Fixed Rate Note(s) The Notes will be Fixed Rate Notes with
an Interest Rate of 8.90% nacq for the
period from and including the Issue
Date to but excluding the Interest
Payment Date of 15 February 2025
(such date being subject to the
applicable Business Day Convention)
The Notes will be Floating Rate Notes,
(b) Floating Rate Note(s) with the Interest Rate being the
Reference Rate plus the Margin, for the
period from and including the Interest
Payment Date of 15 February 2025
(such date being subject to the
applicable Business Day Convention)
to but excluding the Maturity Date
The aforementioned amendments are made with effect from 15 February 2024.
The Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement is available for inspection on the issuer's
website and does not contain any additional terms and conditions or changes to the terms and
conditions as contained in the Programme Memorandum.

terms and conditions applicable to these Notes.
