AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 30 June 2024
(the "2024 financial statements") are available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the
election of the person requesting inspection.
The 2024 financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available on their website at:
https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/nitro-programme .
Noteholders are further advised that the audit report on the 2024 financial statements of the Issuer was
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, noteholders are advised that the 2024 financial statements contain a restatement to the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2023. A correction has been made to the statement of
profit or loss and other comprehensive income to align to the requirement of IAS 1.82 to separately disclose
the modification gains on the face of the statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income. This was
previously reported as part of the expected credit losses on financial assets in the notes to the annual financial
statements. For further information on this restatement, please refer to note 21 of the 2024 financial
statements.
