APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Advocate Miller Moela has recently been appointed as the lead independent
director of the Company, in accordance with the King IV Code on Corporate Governance.
Shareholders are further advised that Professor Brandon Topham's function as the Company's
interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") has changed to that of permanent CFO for the
foreseeable future.
