VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE TENDER OFFER FOR THE 2026 SENIOR NOTES ISSUED BY
THE BIDVEST GROUP (UK) PLC
Bidvest, through its subsidiary The Bidvest Group (UK) Plc (the "Issuer"), has today released the early tender
results in respect of the cash tender offer of the Issuer's 3.625% senior notes due 2026 (the "Notes") (the
"Tender Offer") launched on 16 October 2024. The Notes are guaranteed by Bidvest.
Further information has been made available to holders of the Notes.
