UPDATE TO THE APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with the announcement released on SENS on 7 August 2024, shareholders are advised that Ms. Altovise
"Tovi" Ellis has resigned as Omnia's Group Company Secretary, with her last day being 31 October 2024 following her
three-month notice period.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Simphiwe Mdluli as Group Company Secretary, effective
1 November 2024. Mr. Mdluli is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in risk, compliance, and
governance. He is a qualified attorney, holding BA and LLB degrees as well as a Master's degree in Commercial Law.
The Board is satisfied that Mr. Mdluli possesses the requisite expertise and experience to fulfil the responsibilities
of this role in compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements and wishes him success in his new position.
