NOTICE OF ANTICIPATED PUBLICATION DATE OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Eskom hereby notifies its debt investors that due to the delayed completion of Eskom's audited Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 ("2024 AFS") it is anticipated that the 2024 AFS will be
published during December 2024.
While substantial progress has been made to finalise Eskom's 2024 AFSs, the resolution of a final outstanding
matter is taking longer than anticipated. It is however envisaged that the investigation into this matter will be
concluded soon.
Should any information become available that warrants a notification, Eskom will issue further statements.
Notwithstanding the above Eskom's management remains firmly committed to publishing the Group's 2024
AFS as soon as possible and will keep all stakeholders duly informed of any changes.
