PUBLICATION OF NEGATIVE STATEMENTS IN RESPECT OF THE PROCUREMENT REGISTER AND THE LOANS AND
PROCUREMENT REGISTER
Noteholders are referred to the announcement published by Eskom on SENS on 2 August 2024 in relation to the
delayed publication by Eskom of the Domestic Prominent Influential Persons at Board Level Register as required
under paragraph 7.10 of the Debt Listings Requirements ("DLRs"), the Procurement Register as required under
paragraph 7.13 of the DLRs and the Loans and Procurement Register as required under paragraph 7.16 of DLRs.
The Domestic Prominent Influential Persons at Board Level was published on Eskom's website on 1 August 2024
at Register-Eskoms-relationship-with-Domestic-Prominent-Influential-Persons_31-March-2024.pdf.
Eskom hereby notifies its noteholders of the publication today, 31 October 2024, on Eskom's website of negative
statements pursuant to:
• paragraph 7.13 of the DLRs confirming that, as at the date of this announcement, Eskom is not aware of any
procurement partners that provide Eskom with services and/or products representing 10% or more of the
annual procurement spend of Eskom; and
• paragraph 7.16 of the DLRs confirming that, as at the date of this announcement, Eskom is not aware of any
loans or procurement between Eskom and any related party, domestic prominent influential persons or
prescribed officers as described under sub-paragraphs 7.15(a) to 7.15(c) of the DLRs.

As undertaken in the announcement published by Eskom on SENS on 2 August 2024, Eskom has completed a
process of informing its top 100 suppliers, in writing, of the requirement to identify and maintain a register of
suppliers who fall within the categories identified in paragraph 7.15 of the DLRs. As reflected in the negative
statement, as at the date of this announcement, Eskom is not aware of any supplier falling into any of these
categories.
Eskom will continue to maintain and update the registers as required by the DLRs.
