CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Bank
Windhoek ("Board") hereby announces the retirement of Ms Gida Nakazibwe Sekandi as an
independent non-executive director of Capricorn Group Limited and Bank Windhoek, effective
31 October 2024.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms Gida Nakazibwe Sekandi for her valuable
contributions over the years and wish her the very best for the future.
