CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Wyna Modisapodi has resigned as company
secretary with effect from 31 October 2024 in order to pursue other opportunities. Peter de Villiers
has been appointed as the interim company secretary until such time as a new company secretary
has been appointed.
The board wishes to thank Wyna for her contribution to Attacq and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
