CHANGE IN DEBT OFFICER
Debtholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 6 September 2024
regarding Mr. Willem Adolph (Waldi) Joubert's resignation as executive director of the
Company, effective 31 December 2024.
Further to the above, and in accordance with Debt Listings Requirements, debt holders are
hereby advised that Mr Waldi Joubert has resigned from his position as Debt Officer of Calgro
with effect from 1 November 2024 and that Ms Sayuri Naicker, the Financial Director of Calgro,
has been appointed as the new Debt Officer of the Company with effect from the same date.
The board of directors of Calgro has considered and satisfied itself regarding Ms Sayuri
Naicker's competence, qualifications and experience in relation to her appointment as Debt
Officer.
