UPDATE ON VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the voluntary announcement released
by the Company on 10 January 2024.
The farmout agreement which Impact had entered into with
TotalEnergies EP Namibia B.V. in respect of Blocks 2913B and
2912, offshore Namibia, has now become unconditional and has
been implemented in accordance with its terms.
HCI shareholders are referred to the press announcement on the
Impact website, www.impactoilandgas.com, for further information
regarding the farmout agreement.
