SSN017 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
be partially de-listed in the amount of ZAR2,000,000.00 (the
"Redeemed Portion") by the JSE Limited effective 06 November
2024. The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the fact that
Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns
the Redeemed Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of
SSN017 in issue is ZAR1,248,400,000.00. The "pay date" (as such
term is defined in the Debt Listings Requirements) was 31
October 2024.
