Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 4 November 2024, in relation to the
credit rating announcement by Moody's Investor Services.
Amber House Fund 2 wishes to notify the noteholders that the class B national scale rating downgrade was
omitted from the SENS announcement.
Noteholders are advised that the national scale rating in respect of the Class B Secured Floating Rate Note
(ISIN No. ZAG000177940) was downgraded from Aa1.za (sf), to Aa2.za (sf).
