RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited, the
board of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Andrew Dondo
Mogajane resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from
4 November 2024, for personal reasons.
The Board would like to thank Mr Mogajane for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Company has a primary listing on the BSE and a secondary listing on the JSE.
