RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 1 July 2024 and to the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcement released on SENS on 25 September 2024, and are advised
that the negotiations to acquire Cilo Cybin Pharmaceuticals Proprietary Limited as a viable asset are still in
progress which, if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made.
