Noteholders are hereby advised that the board of directors of TransCapital ("the Board") has resolved
to change the name of the Company from TransCapital Investments Limited to Nutun Investments
Limited ("Change of Name"). The Change of Name has been approved by the Company's sole
shareholder, Transaction Capital Limited.
Noteholders are further advised that the special resolution relating to the Change of Name was
accepted and placed on file by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission. Accordingly, the
Change of Name will become effective immediately.
