CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF CAPRICORN GROUP LIMITED AND BANK WINDHOEK
In accordance with the JSE Limited Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the Issuer
hereby announces the appointment of Ms Erna Solomon as an independent non-executive director
of Bank Windhoek and her resignation as independent non-executive director of Capricorn Group
Limited ("Capricorn Group"), effective 14 November 2024.
Regulatory approval for the appointment has been obtained. The appointment was made pursuant
to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of Bank Windhoek.
The Capricorn Group board of directors would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms Erna
Solomon for her valuable contributions over the last five years and looks forward to the larger Group
continuing to benefit from her skills and experience as a member of the Bank Windhoek board.
