In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Hannes Boonzaaier has notified the Board of his resignation as Afrocentric's Chief Financial Officer and
executive director after nearly 22 years of service with the Group. Hannes will continue in his current
position until 31 January 2025 in order to ensure a smooth handover.
The Board thanks Hannes for his dedication and invaluable contributions to Afrocentric and wishes him
well on his future endeavours.
The Board has commenced the process of finding a suitable replacement for Hannes and a further
announcement in this regard will be released on SENS in due course.
