EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC152 NOTES ("IVC152 NOTES")
Investec Bank Limited ("the Issuer") has exercised its option to early redeem all of the
outstanding IVC152 Notes in terms of item 32(a) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement,
pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in the Issuer's Credit-Linked Note Programme
dated 14 May 2010, as follows:
