Shareholders are advised that Vodacom has appointed Investec Bank Limited, through its
Investment Banking division, as Sponsor to the company, with effect from 1 January 2025.
Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking (NCIB), a division of Nedbank Limited, the
Company's current Sponsor, will continue to perform the function of JSE Sponsor until
1 January 2025.
The company wishes to thank NCIB for their services over the years.
