CHANGES IN RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS
The information below is provided in compliance with paragraph 3.59 (c) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements.
Following the passing away of Shane Trevor Ferguson, previously a director of the Company, as
announced on SENS, shareholders are advised that with effect from 26 November 2024 the
membership of the various Master Drilling board committees has been reconstituted as follows:
1. Master Drilling Audit Committee: Andries Willem Brink (Chairman), Akhter Alli Deshmukh and
Mamokete Emily Ramathe.
2. Master Drilling Risk Committee: Andries Willem Brink (Chairman), Hendrik Roux van der Merwe,
Akhter Alli Deshmukh, Hendrik Johannes Faul, Mamokete Emily Ramathe and Fred George
Dixon.
3. Master Drilling Nominations Committee: Hendrik Roux van der Merwe (Chairman), Andries
Willem Brink and Daniël Coenraad Pretorius.
4. Master Drilling Corporate Governance Committee: Hendrik Roux van der Merwe (Chairman),
Akhter Alli Deshmukh and Andre Jean van Deventer.
5. Master Drilling Social Ethics and Suitability Committee: Mamokete Emily Ramathe (Chairman),
Akhter Alli Deshmukh, Hendrik Johannes Faul and Fred George Dixon.
6. Master Drilling Remuneration Committee: Akhter Alli Deshmukh (Chairman), Andries Willem
Brink and Hendrik Johannes Faul.
