Pursuant to paragraph 2.5 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Rand Merchant Bank, a division of FirstRand
Bank Limited ("RMB"), has resigned as debt sponsor to MML, effective 1 December 2024, due to
RMB deciding to wind down its regulatory debt sponsor business.
MML further advises noteholders that Nedbank Limited, acting through its Corporate and
Investment Bank, a division of Nedbank Limited has been appointed as debt sponsor effective
1 December 2024.
The Company wishes to thank RMB for their services over the years.
