APPOINTMENT OF NEW JSE EQUITY SPONSOR
Shareholders are advised that Momentum Group has appointed Tamela Holdings (Pty) Limited as
the new JSE equity sponsor, with effect from 1 January 2025.
Merrill Lynch South Africa (Pty) Limited t/a BofA Securities, the Group's current equity
sponsor, will continue to perform the function of JSE equity sponsor until 31 December 2024.
The Group wishes to thank BofA Securities for their services over the years.
