Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 22 July 2024 relating to the disposal by the Company through a
wholly-owned subsidiary, Lighthouse Investments d.o.o. of Planet Koper, a mall located in Koper, Slovenia (the "Property").
Lighthouse confirms that the transaction has been completed and the Property has successfully transferred to the purchaser
effective 29 November 2024.
