CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES
Transnet SOC Ltd. wishes to notify noteholders of the changes to the board committee membership which
became effective from 04 December 2024:
• The appointment of Ms Lebogang Letsoalo as a member of and Interim Chairperson of the Audit
Committee as well as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee;
• Mr Dipak Patel has stepped down from his role as the previous Interim Chairperson of the Audit
Committee but remains a member of the Audit Committee;
• The appointment of Ms Boitumelo Sedupane as a member of the Finance and Investment Committee.
All other appointments of members of the various board committees, as previously announced, remain
unchanged.
The appointments were made in accordance with the Transnet Memorandum of Incorporation.
