Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 28 October 2024 and 2 December 2024
regarding Mantengu's acquisition of Sublime Technologies Proprietary Limited ("Sublime") from Sintex Minerals
and Services Incorporated ("Sintex") ("Acquisition").
Shareholders are hereby advised that all suspensive conditions to the Acquisition have now been fulfilled.
Consequently, the Acquisition has become unconditional and will be effective from 4 December 2024.
