CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Frontier Transport, wishes to advise shareholders, that Mr
James Robert Nicolella, resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, with
effect from 02 December 2024.
Mr Nicolella is currently the financial director of Hosken Consolidated Investments
Limited and has served in the capacity of a non-executive director for Frontier
Transport since 03 May 2022.
The Board would like to thank Mr Nicolella for his valuable contribution and
excellent leadership over the last two and a half years and wishes him well as he
focuses on other businesses within the HCI group.
