UPDATE ON PUBLICATION OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Debt investors are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 October 2024 which provided an
indication that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 ("2024 AFS") would
be published during December 2024.
Eskom is pleased to advise that substantial progress has been made in finalising the 2024 AFS, with the audit
being largely completed. Eskom therefore intends to publish the 2024 AFS by no later than Friday, 20 December
2024.
